下颌骨牵张成骨中神经生长因子促进骨痂固化的动物实验

摘要 目的明确神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)在牵张成骨中促进骨痂固化的作用,为缩短固定期提供新思路。方法新西兰白兔20只接受速率为0.5mm/12h的双侧下颌骨同步牵张成骨。在固定期早期,向一侧下颌骨新生骨痂中两次注射人类NGF-β溶液(0.04mg/次),另一侧注射安慰剂。在固定期第14天(n=8)、第28天(n=8)取材,下颌骨标本接受机械强度测试和骨组织学定量分析。结果与对照侧相比,在固定期第14和28天的NGF处理侧,骨痂最大负载值和骨量百分比均明显提高(P〈0.05)。骨量百分比对照侧为(33.0±4.9)%、(52.8±8.8)%,实验侧为(49.8±11.6)%、(66.5±14.9)%。结论局部注射的人NGF-β溶液能够促进兔下颌骨牵张成骨中新生骨痂的固化,这为缩短固定期提供了一种新的思路。
