摘要
介绍了一种基于电力线通信的配电网管理系统。该系统利用10 kV电力线作为传输介质实现监控中心与配电监测终端之间的通信,具有实时性强、可靠性高和运行费用低等特点。描述了作为配电网管理系统关键部分的PLC通信单元构成和关键技术、后台配电管理主要的功能模块以及监测终端的硬件构成。该系统实现了实时监测的功能。
This paper introduces a power distribution network management system based on PLC. The system uses 10 kv power line as transmission channel between monitoring and control centers and distribution control terminals. It has the advantages of better real-time performance, higher reliability, lower operation cost etc. In this paper, the author describes the structure and key technology of PLC communication unit in this system, main function modules for background distribution management as well as hardware of the control terminal. The function of real-time monitoring has been realized by the system.
