摘要
针对电力公司现有客服信息系统的一些不足,提出了一种基于短信息的客户综合服务系统,该系统立足于省级电力公司层面,采用1+N的结构模式,实现了短信收发中心和应用系统分离,系统与移动运营商之间通过统一的专线进行连接,提高了效率和可靠性,具有布局灵活、扩展方便的特点。该系统已经在黑龙江省电力公司建设实施,取得了很好的社会和经济效益。
Aiming at the shortcomings of existing customer service information system in electric power companies, this paper puts forward a comprehensive service system based on SMS. By adopting "1 + N" mode, this system based on provincial electric power companies realizes separation of SMS transceiver from application system. It connects the SMS center with mobile operators by a pri- vate line and improves the efficiency and reliability. This system has been operated in Heilongjiang Electric Power Company, and good social benefits and economical benefits have been obtained.
