TC6钛合金的淬火相变及时效研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用X射线扫描仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜对热处理过的TC6钛合金试样进行微观研究,发现在800℃下淬火,得到残余β相,进行时效处理时,随着时效温度的增加,α相从β相中析出并长大,但时效温度超过550℃后,不断长大的α相在晶界处连续出现;在850℃及以上温度淬火时,β相消失,成单一α相组织。 Microstructure of heat treated TC6 titanium alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction and ESEM, it was noticed that after quenching from 800℃, the β phase remained, α phase precipitated from β phase and grew up with the increasing of ageing temperature. Moreover, over 550℃ the growing α phase was observed at the grain boundaries. No β phase was observed after quenching above 850℃, but α phase existed.
