COREX工艺是一种炼铁前沿技术,可以使用铁矿和非焦煤生产出优质铁水,操作灵活性大。印度京达尔公司使用COREX设备成功地循环利用了钢厂再生铁矿粉、氧化铁皮、直接还原铁粉料、焦丁、碱性氧气转炉炉渣、COREX污泥、石灰石和白云石粉等废料,并取得了较好的效果。
Corex process is a frontier technology of ironmaking, which is more flexible to operate and can use iron ores and non-coking coal to produce high quality hot metal. Jindal Steel Limited in India used regenerated iron ore fines, mill scale, DRI fines, coke nut, BOF slag, Corex sludge, limestone and dolomite fines which are all being successfully recycled through Corex.
