摘要
基于激光诱导荧光鼻咽癌定位仪的光机系统的设计与研制的基础,进行了激光诱导荧光成像鼻咽癌定位仪的实时图像采集处理与显示系统的设计.并根据系统的特点,对鼻咽组织黑白荧光图像进行图像增强等各种实时图像处理,包括背景噪声的去除、阈值的实时自动选取及伪彩色处理,以改善系统所获得的荧光图像的像质.
A real time fluorescence image capturing, processing and displaying system for localization of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma is designed basing on the design and development of laser induced fluorescence optical system. According to the characteristic of the imaging system, real time image processing is carried out to improve the system's ability to differentiate carcinomas from normal tissue, which includes reducing the noise, selecting threshold automatically and enhancement processing.
