摘要
通过不同超声波功率和不同处理时间正交实验,探索最佳的处理时间和功率.超声波处理18 h后检测养殖水中氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物的变化情况.结果显示,用100W的超声波处理15 s后其水体中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物质量浓度最少,分别比对照组降低了76.9%、53.6%、66.7%.
A two-factor orthogonal experiment was designed . The different ultrasonic exposure time and ultrasonic radiation power were set in the experiment to investigate the optimum time and power of ultrasonic radiation in the artificial culture of Coelornactra antiquata. NH3-N, Nitrite and Sulfid concentrations in the culture water were assayed after 18 h of the ulstrasonic treatment. It was found that the concentrations of NH3-N, Nitrite and Sulfid were decreased most greatly in the group after 15 s treatment by the ulstrsonic wave of 100 W, each of them were lost 76.9%, 53. 6%, 66. 7% than that of control respectively.
