Application of Spectroscopy in Noninvasive Measurement of Blood Oxygen Saturation

摘要 综述了血氧饱和度无损测量的方法,泰勒级数法、近红外光谱法、氧指数(IOX)法以及基于蒙特卡罗的多元线性回归法等,分析了这些方法的优缺点。基于光动力疗法治疗机制(PDT),提出了一种修正的氧指数法,初步分析表明该法能够监测光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣(PWS)过程中血氧饱和度变化情况。 The noninvasive methods for measuring blood oxygen saturation were reviewed, including tayor series expansion model, near infrared spectroscopy,oxygenation index (IOX) and multiple regression analysis aided by monte carlo simulation. Moreover the advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed. Based on the mechanism of photodynamic therapy (PDT), a modified IOX method was developed, and the preliminary result indicates this method could monitor the changes of blood oxygen saturation in process of PDT treatment for port wine stain (PWS).
