Rotary screen printing is normally carried out in open width form. This paper puts forward a novel duplex printing process with pigment of tubular knits prior to slitting. The optimum printing process is defined, characteristics and matters needing attention in pretreatment, auxiliary selection, rotary screen printing and post finishing are put forward.
