摘要
通过对洗发液瓶盖的使用要求与成型工艺进行分析,确定了3次分型的模具结构设计。利用Moldflow软件模拟分析后,确定了模具最佳浇口位置和浇注系统结构,可实现塑件的大批量自动化生产。
The structure of an injection mould with three-step parting mechanism was designed after an analysis on the requirements for use and the forming process for the cap of a bottle for sham- poo. The preferred gate location and runner system structure were determined based on the simulation research result of software Moldflow.
