摘要
从化学成分、组织结构、力学性能和应用等方面介绍了新型塑料模具专用钢——预硬型塑料模具钢、易切削预硬型塑料模具钢、耐蚀塑料模具钢的分类及性能,指出合理选择及应用新型塑料模具专用钢可以提高模具质量,延长模具使用寿命。
The classification and properties ot speciahzed mould steels tor plastic forming were described in terms of the chemical composition, constituent structure, mechanical property and appli- cations. It covers pre-hardened steel, free machining and pre-hardened steel and corrosion-resistant steel, The proper selection and use of the steels will help to improve the quality and extend the service life of moulds.
