摘要
介绍了将氩气通入热作模具钢—H13钢的离子渗氮过程,用体视显微镜、光学显微镜、硬度计及X衍射分析仪等仪器,分析了氩气氛离子渗氮对H13钢渗层及其热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:氩气能有效降低渗层的硬度梯度,提高离子渗氮H13钢的热疲劳性能。
The ion nitriding process with argon gas passing through hot-work die steel H13 was stated. The influence of argon atmosphere on the nitrated case and thermal fatigue behavior of steel H13 was studied by using instruments such as stereomicroscope, optical microscope, hardness meter and X-ray diffraction analyzer. The result shows that the argon gas can effectively decrease the hardness gradient and improve the thermal fatigue behavior of ion nitriding steel H13.
