雄激素致不孕大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及相关酶caspase-3的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨ASR卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及凋亡相关酶caspase-3的表达。方法9日龄sD雌性大鼠颈背部皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮制造无排卵模型,3—4月龄时191道脱落细胞涂片选取动情前期处死大鼠,免疫组化法检测ASR卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及相关酶caspase-3的表达。结果在ASR和正常大鼠均检测到颗粒细胞的凋亡及凋亡相关酶easpase-3的表达,模型组颗粒细胞凋亡及凋亡相关酶caspase-3的表达较强。结论卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及凋亡相关酶caspase-3的表达增强导致了排卵障碍性不孕症的发生。 Objective The purpose of this study was localize the expression of ovarian granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR to investigate the mechanism of anovulatory. Methods The anovulatory model was established by subcutaneous injection of testoserone propionate to SD female rats of 9 - day age, euthanized the rats of 3 - 4 month at the preoestrus, used the method of Immunocytochemistry to obsen, ed the expression and distribution of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR and normal SD rats and compared the level of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3, Results Compared with normal group, There were stronger expression of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR, Conclusions The stronger expression of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 reduced the development of anovulatory in ASR.
