基于供应链柔性的采购契约研究

On Procurement Contract Based on the Supply Chain Flexibility

从供应链采购的重要性出发,提出了供应链柔性的概念,并引出了供应链采购柔性的相关概念,及其重要影响因素-采购契约。分析供应链成员制定的采购契约,研究采购契约的主要参数,并建立了测度供应链柔性的模型,在此基础上推出了采购成本的计算公式。通过算例分析,进一步地研究与分析了主要的契约参数对于供应链柔性的影响状况,加以总结,并指出了进一步的研究方向。

This paper advances the flexibility of procurement in the supply chain as the constituent of the flexibility in the supply chain, based on the system elements in the flexibility of the supply chain. Through analyzing the process of procurement in the supply chain, the paper discusses the impact of the synergic procurement form and the procurement contract to the procurement flexibility of supply chain.
