摘要
《东北地区振兴规划》中重点提出将东北打造成具有国际竞争力的装备制造业基地。深入贯彻落实科学发展观,实施东北装备制造业振兴战略,在振兴中设计并不断完善符合现代东北装备制造业发展内在规律要求的制度安排,无疑是政府的重要职责。
＂ The revitalization program in northeast rigion＂ focuses on improring the international competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing base . With the in - depth implementation of the view of scientific development and the strategy of revitalizing the northeast equipment manufacturing industry, the government need take measures to improve the institutional operation efficiency for this purpose.
