摘要
产业集群是区域经济发展的有效空间组织模式,目前理论界围绕产业集群做了大量深入的研究工作,然而对产业集群的绩效评价仍主要关注其外延绩效,且大多停留在定性分析的角度。作为一种尝试,试图将平衡记分卡运用于对产业集群自身发展绩效的定量评价,提出基于平衡记分卡的产业集群绩效评价实施流程和指标体系的初步设计。
Industrial cluster is one kind of useful organization style of regional economic development, The theorists have done many researches on industrial cluster, though most of them are qualitative focusing on the extension performance. The paper proposes to utilize balanced scorecard for industrial cluster performance evaluation and offers the implementation flow and indicators system.
