摘要
处于动态竞争环境的企业,需要不断地进行企业战略更新及战略人力资源更新,才能处于不败之地。但如何对战略人力资源更新与战略更新的匹配,是当前企业面临的重要问题。对海尔以三次战略更新进行深入分析,基于企业动态能力和战略更新理论,提出海尔战略更新和人力资源匹配模式,揭示两者互动协调的规律。
In order to win in the dynamic competitive conditions, enterprises need constantly upgrade their strategies and human resources, especially coordinate both well. The paper studies the case of Haler, which has undergone three times of succesful strategic upgrading. With the theories on enterprise dynamic capability and stragegic upgrading, it proposes the model of coordination between them.
