中缅边贸货币兑换障碍问题探讨

The Bariers of Currency Exchange in the Bilateral Trade Between China and Myanmar

货币在各国间兑换的无障碍是GMS国家贸易便利前提条件。目前在中缅两国之间正常贸易和经济合作中都存在着货币兑换障碍,该状况的存在对外贸易、投资等构成一定的危害。为此要了解缅甸金融和外汇管制的状况和导致货币竞争障碍的重要原因,采取相关对策,促进中缅贸易健康、顺利发展。

GMS countries＇trade facilitation is based on the premise of barrier- free currency exchange. However, the existing barrier of currency exchange in the bilateral trade and economic cooperation between China and Myanmar have damaged the trade and investment of both countries. The paper analyzes the local financial and foreign currency regulations so that it offers some solutions to this bawier. In this way can the bilaterial trade of both countries be further improved.
