摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法,确定维生素C在常温的稳定性。方法:采用乙酸、盐酸、磷酸、蒸馏水、碳酸钠和磷酸缓冲液(pH=5.8,pH=6.5)为溶剂,分别在245、243、241、269、268、269、267nm波长处测定吸收度。结果:维生素C在盐酸溶液中较稳定。结论:用本法测定维生素C稳定性,方法简便,成本低。
Objective:To establish a UV for the Stability of Vitamin C.Methods:Using acetic acid,hydrochloride acid,phosphate acid,distilled water,sodium-carbonate,phosphate salts(pH=5.8,pH=6.5)as solvent,the absorbance were detemined at wavelength at 245,243,241,269,268,269,267nm.Results:The good stability of Vitamin C in HCl solution.Conclusion:It is simple and low cost that establishment of ultraviolet spectroscopy for determining Vitamin C stability.
