摘要
1病例
患者，女，36岁，以“反复脐部疼痛伴溢液5年”为主诉入院。查体：腹平软，脐部稍下处可触及一包块，挤压包块脐部可见少许暗黄色液溢出。尿常规无异常。B超、CT示：脐深部液性包块，膀胱无异常。入院诊断：脐尿管囊肿伴感染，予行手术治疗。术中探查见脐尿管中上段一肿物约2．3cm×2．0cm×2．0cm，不规则，质硬，
