摘要
采用两因子交叉试验方法,研究了温度、光照、赤霉素浓度及低温沙藏层积等因素对野生水红木种子发芽率的影响,结果表明:促进水红木种子打破休眠发芽的最适宜环境温度为23℃,种子发芽时需要必要的光照条件,赤霉素浸种处理的最适浓度为500 mg/L;种子在1~5℃低温下沙藏层积5个月不能有效打破休眠,种子用赤霉素处理前于1~5℃低温下沙藏层积5个月的效应与赤霉素浓度的效应之间相互干扰,在不进行沙藏层积条件下以赤霉素500 mg/L浸种处理的发芽效果较好。
The analysis of two multi-factor experiments from cross design including 2 factors per experiment was applied to study the rates of germination of the wild seeds of Viburnum cylindricum. The factors were temperature, illumination, concentration of GA and the low temperature preserving with sand. The results showed that either the constant temperature 23~C or the necessary illumination is helpful to the germination, and the good concentration of GA was 500 mg/L. It was not effective that to preserve those seeds with sand at the low temperature 1-5℃.There were interaction between the effect of GA and the effect of the low temperature preserving with sand. The good concentration of GA which was 500 mg/L could take effect in condition of no the low temperature preserving with sand.
