摘要
采用超临界CO2流体萃取法从杜衡中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,在提取的杜衡挥发油中共鉴定出22种成分,含量最高的是1,2邻苯二酸二异辛酸二酯(20.47%),其次是丁香酚甲醚(15.37%),较高的还有油酸(13.21%)、亚油酸(12.53%)、榄香素(11.05)、十六碳酸(7.59%)和十八碳酸(4.36%)。并指出采用超临界CO2萃取杜衡挥发油成分,具有得率高、选择性强的特点,为杜衡的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
In order to promote the application of Asarum forbesii Maxim in the fields of medicine and fine chemicals, the essential oils were extracted by SFE, and the chemical components of essential oils were analyzed by GC-MS. 22 constituents were identified, among which, the principals were 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid(20.47%), Eugenol methyl ether(15.37%), Oleic Acid(13.21%), 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (12.53%), Benzene, 1,2,3- trimethoxy-5-(2-propenyl) (11.05%), n-Hexadecanoic acid(7.59%), Octadecanoic acid(4.36%). The means of SFE used on essential oils extraction provided references for the further exploitation and utilization of Asarum forbesii Maxim.
