摘要
目的观察慢性疲劳对大鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法100只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和慢性疲劳模型组,两组又按周数(1,2,3,4,5周)各分为5个亚组,慢性疲劳模型组大鼠每日强制游泳2h,模型各亚组造模前及造模最后1d观测大鼠的力竭游泳时间,正常对照组大鼠除在疲劳模型组大鼠游泳期间给予禁食禁水外其他不作干预,实验结束后大鼠腹主动脉采血,检测肝功能相关指标:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆红素(TBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(G)。结果慢性疲劳模型组大鼠造模2周以后其力竭游泳时间显著减少(P<0.01),并随着造模时间延长至5周,大鼠力竭游泳时间有减少的趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与正常对照组比较,慢性疲劳模型组大鼠造模2周时血清AST出现升高(P<0.05),并持续到5周(P<0.01);大鼠造模3周时血清ALT出现显著性升高(P<0.05),并持续到5周(P<0.01);其他肝功能相关指标未见异常。结论慢性疲劳可造成大鼠肝功能损伤。
Objective To observe the influence of rat' s liver function induced by chronic fatigue. Methods 100 rat were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the model group. Then each group was divided into 5 sub -groups( 1st、2nd、3rd、4th、5th week) according to the swimming week. The model group was given forced -swimming exercise 2 hours a day, 7days a week. The exhausting swimming time was recorded before and after experiment. Also ALT, AST,TBIL, TP, ALB, G were examined at the end of every week. The control group kept fasting and water-privation during the model group' s swimming. Results Compared with the control group, the exhausting swimming time of the model group decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) since the 2nd week and had a decreasing tendency without significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). There was a significant increase level of AST( P 〈 0.01 ) since the 2nd week in the fatigued rat compared with the control ones. The ALT level also indicated a significant increase from the 3rd week to the 5th week (P 〈 0.05 ). There was little significant change of TBIL,TP, ALB、G (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It suggests that chronic fatigue would induce rat's liver function injury.
