摘要
基于我国小麦条锈病持续控制的思想,为有效利用抗条锈基因资源,提出的陇南抗条锈基因资源利用方略为:建立抗条锈基因资源库,有计划地开发利用抗条锈基因资源,提高抗源利用的成功率;实行抗病基因合理布局;施行抗病基因载体品种贮备制度,适时进行品种更换。并对建立抗条锈基因库的原则,抗源材料的认定,抗病基因的布局方法以及施行抗源基因载体品种贮备制度的可行性进行了论证。
On the basis of the theory of sustainable control of wheat stripe rust in China, strategies on how to make effectively use of gene resources resistant to stripe rust were introduced in this paper. It was put forward that, aiming at enhancing the efficiency of utilizing resistant resources to stripe rust, great efforts should be made to establish gene bank of resistance to stripe rust and to exploit and utilize them in a planed way. It was also emphasized that banking system of varieties carrying the gene resistant to stripe rust should be implemented thoroughly in combination with gene reasonable distribution and varieties renovation. The strategies were also discussed deeply from different aspects in this paper, including the principle of establishing gene bank resistant to stripe rust, the identification of resistant material, gene reasonable distribution and the feasibility of implementing banking system of varieties carrying the gene resistant to stripe rust.
