摘要
对萨克斯管钟形轮廓的结构特点及其轮廓曲线的拟合原理进行了研究,利用MATLAB软件中的曲线拟合功能得到了萨克斯管钟形轮廓的拟合参数方程和曲线;为了使拟合所得分段曲线在衔接点处能进行光滑、流顺的过渡,对萨克斯管钟形轮廓曲线的拟合参数方程进行了修正;以修正后的参数方程为基准、以计算所得的参数为模型控制参数,运用Pro/E设计软件对萨克斯管钟形体进行了三维参数化建模。该参数化模型可为生产实际中萨克斯管的结构优化及其成型模具的设计提供参考依据。
This paper researched the curve fitting principle and structural characteristic for saxophone bell. And obtained the fitting parametric equation and curve about saxophone bell with MATLAB. In order to obtaining smooth transitional junctions for these segmental curves, revised the fitting parametric equations for saxophone bell. On the basis of the revised parametric equation, established the three dimension parametric model of saxophone with Pro/E. The parametric model lay a well foundation for the optimization design and shape mold design of saxophone in production practice.
