摘要 为了降低H.264编码器的计算复杂度,提出了一种快速帧间模式选择算法。该算法利用宏块的图像内容特征和量化参数,对宏块帧间编码模式进行预选择,从而有效跳过不必要的帧间预测待选模式,提高了编码速度。实验结果表明,该算法在保持图像质量和码率变化很小的前提下,平均编码时间减少了39.14%。 In order to reduce the complexity of H. 264 encoder, this paper presented a fast inter mode decision algorithm. By using image content type and the quantization parameter, the proposed algorithm made selection for inter coding modes of the MB in advance, thereby it could effectively skip unnecessary inter-prediction modes. Experimental results show that the proposed methods can reduce encoding time by 39. 14% on average with less performance degradation and bit-rate increase.
