Investigation on Agricultural Irrigation in Shanxi Province

对山西省粮食主产区农业灌溉情况调查分析表明：农民在农业生产中，无论井灌区还是河灌区。灌溉水支出呈增加趋势，每公顷达到1500—3000元，而且存在灌溉技术仍较落后、水资源利用效率低、水利工程设施损坏和失修严重、管理水平低等问题。针对此问题，提出健全技术服务体系、提高灌溉设施标准、发展节水高效农业、建立科学灌溉制度等具体的管理建议，以促进全省农业灌溉用水健康发展，推动全省水资源利用与节约的良性循环。

According to the analysis of agricultural irrigation situation in Shanxi food crerel production area, the irrigation water expenditure assumes an increasing tendency regardless of the well water irrigation area or the fiver water irrigation area. It costs about 1 500 - 3 000 Yuan per acre. And its irrigation technology is still relatively backward, the water resources utilization ratio is low, the hydraulic engineering facility is in bad condition and poor management. In view of the problem, this article proposes to perfect technical service system, to enhance irrigation facility standard, to develop agriculture with water saving and high efficiency irrigation, to establish scientific irrigation system and so on on purpose to promote a health development of agriculture irrigation, and favourable water saving cycle.
