西葫芦根腐病药剂防治试验

摘要 对西葫芦根腐病病原的室内药剂敏感性测定和田间药效试验结果表明:对烟草疫霉毒力较强的药剂为烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵.锰锌、甲霜灵、百菌清和杜邦克露,对尖孢镰刀菌毒力较强的药剂为施普乐甲托、五氯硝基苯、甲硫.霉威、森茂和苯醚甲环唑。用50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂2 000倍液+70%施普乐甲托可湿性粉剂500倍液灌根对西葫芦根腐病防治效果最好。从防治效果看出,单靠药剂防治西葫芦根腐病存在一定的局限性,应与其他防治方法配合使用。 The sensitivity of the pathogen of summer squash root rot to fungicides was determined in the house and experiment of chemical control was carried out in the field. The results were showed as following:The fungicides to which P. nicotianaer was sensitive were Dimethomorph, Metalaxyl Maneozeb, Metalaxyl, Chlorothalonil and Cymoxanil Mancozeb, The fungicides to which F. oxysporum was sensitive were Thiophanate -methyl sulfur, Terraclor, Ddiethofenearb Thiophanate -methyl, Amobom and Difenoconazole;The controlling effect of 50% Dimethomorph power 2 000 times and 70% fungicides Thiophanate - Methyl sulfur 500 times irrigated in the root was the best. The result of experiment showed that chemical control was limited, and i should be better to combined with other prevention methods.
