摘要
应用RAPD标记技术对猪繁殖性能进行了相关研究,选用随机引物20条,对其基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳。结果表明:多态条带数73,84,85对总产仔数的影响非常明显,产仔数最高,可为选育提供依据,并为今后进一步研究提供理论基础。
Pig's reproductive traits was studied using RAPD marker. 20 random primers were selected to RAPD amplify for genome DNA. PCR produces from RAPD were electrophoretically separated in agarose gels. The resultes show: the polymorphie bands of 73,84,85 influence the litter size significantly and the litter size is the most. It may provide foundation for building line and breeding and provide theory base for study in the future.
