本文通过对掌握到的成都市的一些实际资料进行分析后,认为房价上涨所带来的人口效应主要集中在婚育、迁移、养老和社区等四个方面。

On analyzing the practical data of Cbeng Du city, this paper believes that the growing price of housing mainly brings the following impacts on population： the matrimony and bearing, the transferring, the provision for the aged, the community, and so on
