集成目标监控功能的视频内容过滤系统

AN INTEGRATION SCHEME FOR TWO STREAMING-MEDIA VIDEO SURVEILLANCE TECHNOLOGIES

摘要 提出一种把远程目标监控功能集成到不良视频内容过滤的方法,并实现基于IP网络的多功能流媒体视频监控系统。该方案根据远程目标监控和不良视频内容监控之间存在较强的技术耦合,即两者共同包含的传输协议识别分析、视频文件组建、视频帧提取等关键技术,把两种功能集成到一起,实现一个统一的多功能监控平台,具有较高的实用价值。 A method is put forward to integrate object surveillance function into ill video content filtering, and a muhifunctional streamingmedia video surveillance system is implemented for IP-network application. A unified muhifunctional surveillance platform is implemented according to the strong coupling modules such as transmission protocol analysis, video file composition, video frame extraction between the two surveillance technologies,and it has an effective and stable performance in real applications.
