头孢唑啉在妇科围术期预防应用的随机对照研究

Prophylactic Use of Cefazolin for Perioperative Infection in Gynecologic Surgery:A Randomized Controlled Study

目的:研究头孢唑啉联合甲硝唑在妇科围术期的预防效果。方法:142例择期手术者随机分组,试验组予头孢唑啉和甲硝唑,对照组予青霉素、氨苄青霉素和甲硝唑,比较2组围术期感染情况和药费。结果:清洁、清洁-污染手术2组间感染情况均无显著性差异(P>0.05),期间均未发生药品不良反应,试验组预防用药天数和抗菌药费及住院总药费显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:头孢唑啉联合甲硝唑预防妇科围术期感染安全、有效、经济。

OBJECTIVE： To study the antibiotic prophylactic efficacy of cefazolin in combination with metronidazole for perioperative infection in gynecologic surgery.METHODS：A total of 142 patients undergoing selective operation were selected and randomly assigned to receive Cefazolin plus metronidazole（trial group） or penicillin ＋ ampieillin ＋ metronidazole（eontrol group） .The incidence of infections and drug costs were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：The incidence of infections had no statistical differences between the two groups in both clean surgery and clean-dirty surgery（P 〉 0.05）, and during which, no adverse drug reactions were observed .The prophylactic medication days, antibiotic drugs costs and total drugs costs in hospitalization were significantly lower in the trial group than in the control group（P 〈 0.01） .CONCLUSION： Cefazolin in combination with metronidazole was safe, effective and economical for antibiotic prophylaxis during perioperative period of gynecologic surgery.
