摘要
研究了加压条件下2,3,5,6-四氯吡啶(TCP)在间歇反应器中水解制备3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-醇钠(STCP)的反应过程,考察了反应温度、压力、反应时间和原料配比对STCP收率的影响规律。结果表明,反应温度是影响水解速率的主要因素。得到了TCP水解制取STCP的优化工艺条件:TCP与氢氧化钠摩尔比约为1∶4,反应温度140℃左右,反应时间3h,收率达95%以上,产品纯度可达99%以上。
Effects on reaction temperature, pressure, time and material mole ratio on the hydrolysis of 2,3,5,6- tetrachloropyridine(TCP) for preparing sodium 3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-ol(STCP) were investigated under elevated pressures in a batch reactor. The results showed that hydrolysis temperature is a crucial factor to control the reaction rate. The preferred condition for preparation of STCP by TCP hydrolysis is that TCP reacts with NaOH for 3 h with a mole ratio of TCP/NaOH=1:4 at 140 ℃, affording a STCP yield of higher than 95% with purity of STCP up to 99%.
