摘要
AKD蜡的无溶剂法生产,没有甲苯有机溶剂的污染,适合于食品包装纸等的应用。连续化生产AKD蜡,自动化程度和生产效率得到提高。液体AKD蜡可以解决纸张打滑的问题。熟化效率提高的AKD乳液可用于机内涂布的轻涂纸。抗干扰的AKD乳液用于箱纸板等。表面施胶的AKD乳液稳定性好。
The production of AKD wax with the solventless method, having no pollution of toluene organic solvent, is suitable for such application as food wrapping paper and the continuous production of AKD wax with a higher automation raises the productive efficiency. Liquid AKD wax can solve the problem of paper slipping. The AKD emulsion with good curing efficiency can be used in on-machine coating, and anti-interference AKD emulsion can be used in linerboard and also AKD emulsion with good stablity is preferable in surface sizing.
