摘要
推导了斜齿轮传动系统的轮齿啮合刚度矩阵;以及传动轴及支承的弹性变形,利用有限元法建立了考虑轮齿啮合刚度的斜齿轮传动系统的弯-扭-轴-摆耦合振动模型;计算了系统的耦合振动固有模态,并分析了轮齿啮合刚度及轴承支承刚度对系统动态特性的影响。
The meshed stiffness matrix of bevel gears is written and a finite-element model of coupling vibration for the bevel gear transmission is established set with the elastic deformation of the shaft and bearing. The dynamic characteristics of bending-tensional-axial-swing coupling vibration are calculated, and the factors that influence natural frequency such as meshing stiffness and bearing stiffness are analysis.
