摘要
针对供应商外包部件的设计受限于目标成本与研发时间的约束,导致各零件设计方案难以选择的问题,本文应用层次分析法(AHP)和整数规划相结合的方法建立了零件设计方案选择的优化决策模型。以新型环保柴油系统的喷油泵设计为例,应用该模型进行了分析,结果表明该模型能够在目标成本与研发时间的约束下,有效地指导供应商进行零件设计方案的选择,使其构成的部件最大程度地实现制造企业的需求。
It is difficult to make a choice from many part designs because the designs of outsourced parts were limited by object cost and period of development. In this paper, Analytic Hierarchy Process method and inte- ger programming were combined to build the optimal decision model for selection of parts designs. As an ex- ample, injection pump in new green diesel system was analyzed by using this model. The results indicated that with optimal decision model suppliers can be instructed to select the part designs effectively with the limit of object cost and period of development; the parts involved can meet the requirement of manufacturing companies furthest.
