摘要
采用涂布的方法制备壳聚糖涂布纸,针对其作为果蔬保鲜软包装,进行了保鲜包装特性的研究,结果表明,壳聚糖涂布纸对金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉菌的抗菌效果较好,大肠杆菌次之,对枯草杆菌较差;润湿性、透气性、透氧气性随涂布壳聚糖浓度的增大而减小;壳聚糖涂布纸包装的微环境具有较低温度,较高的湿度,有利于果蔬的保鲜。
The wrapper coated with chitosan was prepared, and its packaging characteristic was studied for the fresh-keeping soft-packaging of fruits and vegetables. The results showed that the coated paper has the best antibacterial effect to staphylococcus aurous and penicillium, good to colon bacillus, and relatively poor to bacillus subtilis. The wetting ability and permeability reduces as the concentration of chitosan increased. With lower temperature and higher humidity, the micro-atmosphere of coated paper is beneficial to the pres ervation of fruits and vegetables.
