尖毛虫属一新种,史氏尖毛虫的形态学研究(纤毛动物门:腹毛目:尖毛虫科) 被引量:3

MORPHOLOGY STUDIES ON A NEW SPECIES OF OXYTRICHA,OXYTRICHA SHII SP.NOV.(CILIOPHORA:HYPOTRICHIDA:OXYTRICHIDAE)

摘要 本文报道来自黑龙江省帽儿山地区的尖毛虫科一新种,史氏尖毛虫Oxyrichashiisp.nov,对其形态,纤毛器,纤毛图式及相近种的异同做了比较研究。结果表明:新种具该科及属的典型特征,体柔软可曲,具球形成纵列并聚集成“簇状”的表膜下颗粒;口旁小膜带由(51.7±2.1)片小膜组成;额、腹、横、尾棘毛恒为8:5:5:3结构;背触毛8~9列。3根尾棘毛可自基部摆动。 Oxytricha sha sp. nov. (Figs. 1-4) The morphology and ciliature of Oxytheha shii sp. nov. from Maoershan Town in Hei longjiang Province are described by using a modified protargol silver staining method. The characteristics of the new species aYe as follows.The character feature in the new species is the 8-9 dorsal kineties, which consists of two groups. Besides with the typical characters of the genus, the present species, possesses the following diagnostic characteristics: 1) the length of peristome is about one third of the body and the AZM composed of 52 mebranellesl 2) dorsal kineties are 8-9 and last 3 of them originated from anterior end of the right marginal cirral row in morphogenesis ; 3) the posterior ends of the two marginal rows do not joining each other, But just in the interval between them the 3 shorter caudal cirri are located. The systematic significance of the char acters was discussed.Type location Small point fresh water areas of Maoershan Town (45°15′N , 127°30′E), Shangzhi County, Heilongjiang Province, China.Type-specimens: Slides of holotype and paratype specimens have been deposited in Re search Laboratory on Portozoa in Harbin Normal University and Fishery College, Ocean University of Qingdao.
