摘要
本文记述同翅目蚧总科粉蚧科一新属一新种，即异星粉蚧属Heteroheliococcusgen．nov，内蒙异星粉故H．innermongolicussp．nov。新种模式标本保存在山西农业大学蚧虫研究中心。
A new genus and a new species are described and a new combination is reported here.The type specimens of new species are deposited in the Reseach Center of Scale Insects,Shanxi Agricultural University.
