摘要 随着PCR技术不断完善与发展,其应用面与领域正在不断扩展。该文主要论述PCR技术在食品原料种类及原产地检验方面应用;同时,也指出PCR技术在这方面应用时存在问题及进一步研究方向。 On the basis of development of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and its enlarged application scope, the application of PCR in the detection of food raw meterial category and its original habitad was discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, problems related to this topic and directions of its further development were also analyzed.
