摘要
基于系统用能分析的三环节模式和生产装置现场标定数据,对轻油型和中油型两种不同类型加氢裂化装置进行能量平衡测试和过程用能评价,分析工艺流程、催化剂、设备技术和类型等方面对装置用能的影响,从装置设计和工艺操作等方面探讨加氢裂化装置的节能方向和途径。
Based on three-link energy structural model and plant calibration data, energy balance test and process energy utilization analysis were carried out for two typical hydrocracking plants for producing heavy naphtha and middle distillates respectively. The effects of process configuration, catalyst, equipment, technology and efficiency on energy utilization level were analyzed in detail. Energy-saving approaches were recommended from the aspects of plant design and operation.
