近年来，我军加快新军事变革步伐，大力引进新技术开发新装备，全军各类军事装备得以进一步更新和优化。按照新时期军事斗争准备的要求，为保证军事装备的正常工作就必须对此领域进行全面建设，军事装备建筑的出现正是为了满足各种装备的需求而产生的。针对车炮库的分析和探讨研究，从理论角度出发，结合部队建设实际，深入分析地面车炮库的现状情况，并论述了地面车炮库规划与建设的指导原则，对车炮库区的规划与建筑设计进行了细致的阐述。

Our army,which is speeding up the steps of the military transformation, has vigorously introduced the development of new technical equipment and has developed a variety of military equipment in recent years. So the entire army can be further renewed and optimized in all kinds of military equipment. According to the requirement of the military preparation, the comprehensive construction must be carried out on this field in order to guarantee that the military equipment works normally. Thus the appearance of military equipment constructions satisfies all kinds of equipment demands. This article mainly aimes at analyzing and discussing the vehicle and artillery depository. It embarks on the theory and combines with the reality of the army construction; It analyzes thoroughly the present situation of the ground vehicle and artillery depository ; It elaborates the plan and the construction guiding principle of the ground vehicle and artillery depository, meanwhile it carries on the careful elaboration to the vehicle and artillery depository plan and the architectural design.
