摘要
在回顾总结国内外胜任特征研究成果的基础上,采用职务分析法、BEI方法对118名油料保障人员进行了实际问卷调查,整理获得优秀油料保障人员胜任特征指标共24个。将这些特征编制likert5点量表,筛选出3类12项指标,构建了我军油料保障人员胜任特征评价模型,并进行了简单运用。研究结果可以为我军油料保障人员的选拔、评价提供理论依据。
Based on literature review and by using job analysis, BEI method, content analysis method, the authors of the article investigated 118 oil assurance personnel's questionnaire, and got 24 oil assurance personnel's competencies. The competencies were put into likert5 measure table. 12 experts evaluated these competencies by using Delphi. Then, the rating model of competency was established in 3 categories and 12 indexes for oil guarantee personnel and validated in real case. This study provides an important theoretical basis for the selection and assessment of oil assurance personnel.
