An Ontology-based Representation for Functional Modeling in Design

摘要 通过分析典型的功能模型并提取具有共性的公共概念和关系,结合本体建模技术,提出了一种基于本体的功能建模方法,以解决异种功能建模框架之间知识交换与协同设计问题。该方法将功能建模过程自顶向下分解成功能、行为、流与结构4个本体类,定义分析了相关属性,并建立了概念映射关系模型,有利于构造领域功能设计本体库。最后,利用该方法构建了离心通风机的功能建模本体库。 To solve the problems of knowledge exchange and collaborative design among heterogeneous functional modeling frameworks, through analyzing the common conception and relation about the typical function models and integrating with the ontology modeling technique, this paper presents an ontology-based representation for functional modeling in design. The suggested method decomposes the functional modeling process into four ontology classes, i. e. , function, behavior, flow and structure. This method also defines the suited attributes of the ontology classes and the attribute relation model, which facilitates the foundation of the functional design ontology repository. As an illustration, a functional modeling ontology repository of centrifugal blower is established by the suggested modeling method.
