摘要 4 诊断试验在临床实践中的应用 4．1 需要内镜检查的Hpylori检测法 如果根据患者的临床症状认为有必要进行内镜检查，最好是采取基于活组织检查的内镜检查试验。如果患者近期未接受铋、抗生素或PPI治疗，最好采用RUT法，因其既精确，又廉价。如果在内镜检查时发现黏膜异常，则需要获取活组织样本进行进一步组织学评估。问题是大多数需要上消化道内镜检查的患者都正在接受酸抑制剂（如PPI或H2RA）治疗，或者近期接受过抗生素或铋的治疗。无论是否对该类患者进行了RUT检测，
