摘要
教育的天职就是帮助学生过上幸福生活。要成就学生的幸福人生,教育者必须掌握一门如何将学生导向幸福的教育艺术,其核心是:机智地处理好幸福的"可教性"与"不可教性"之间的关系,引导学生在当下幸福与人生幸福、幸福祈愿与现实生活、角色生活与个体生活、需要分化与价值建构之间寻求平衡点和教育行动的切入点,进而为学生与幸福相遇创造条件。
A teacher's bounden duty is that he or she could help students "live" a happy life.An educator who wants to make students have a happy life might have to master the educational art in what way he could lead students towards happiness. The core of the art is: intellectually dealing well with the relationship between the "teacheable" and "unteacheable" of the happiness, guiding the students to pursue the point of equilibrium and the cut-over point of the educational activities between the present and life long happiness, between the wish of happiness and the actual life, between the role life and individual life, and between the need differenciation and values reconstruction, so as to create conditions for students' encountering with happiness.
