糖尿病植物神经病变与脑血管病变的关系探讨

摘要 目的了解糖尿病植物神经病变与脑血管病变的关系。方法测定86例2型糖尿病患者的交感神经皮肤电反应(SSR),据此45例被诊为糖尿病植物神经病变(A组).41例无糖尿病植物神经病变(B组)。两组患者均接受经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查。结果A组TCD检查血流峰速(Vp)中血管异常率、Vp增快血管率明显高于B组(P均<0.01),脑动脉脉动指数(PI)高于B组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论糖尿病植物神经病变可能是促进糖尿病脑血管病变的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship of diabetic neuropathies and cerebrovascular disorders. Methods The sympathetic skin response (SSR) were measured in 86 patients with type 2 dibetes mellitus, and according to the measurments, 45 patients were diagnosed with diabetic neuropathies (group A), and 41 patients were diagnosed without diabetic neuropathies (group B). Patients in both groups underwent transcranial Doppler ultra- sonographyTCD). Results In TCD scanning for blood flow velocity peak (Vp), the blood vessel abnormality and the faster blood vessels in Vp presented more significantly in group A than those in group B (all P 〈0.01), the brain artery pulsating index (PI) was significantly higher than that in group B ( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Diabetic sympathetic neuropathies may be one of the risk factors to worsen diabetic cerebrovascular disease.
