关于提高地方大学生干部培养使用质量的对策研究

The research on improving the operational quality of local university student cadres' training

在广泛调研的基础上,分析了当前地方大学生干部在部队任职现状、存在的主要问题及其形成原因,进而从把好"培养关"、"使用关"、"信息反馈关"等三个方面,提出了提高地方大学生干部培养使用质量的对策。

Based on extensive investigation and research, this essay analyzed the situation of local university student cadres＇ holding a post at present and the problems that still exist as well as their causes. Having focused mainly on three aspects as follows, cultivation, operation and information feedback, it proposed the policies about how to improve the operational quality of local university student cadres＇ training.
