摘要
熵和耗散结构理论被引入到高校继续教育的管理中,其中熵理论启示管理者必须对高校继续教育系统进行内外部关系协调管理;耗散结构理论则说明对高校继续教育协调管理的实质是一个降熵的过程。在此基础上,运用耗散结构理论对高校继续教育系统进行分析,并提出了促进高校继续教育快速发展应采取的措施。
Entropy and dissipative structure theory are introduced in continuing education system. According to Entropy theory ,coordination management is necessary; in the light of the dissipative structure theory, it shows that the essential of coordinate management is the process of decreasing entropy. In this paper, the evolvement process of continuing education of higher school system is analyzed, and several suggestions are provided.
