新课程下教师培训迁移因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 对教师培训的研究从关注培训本身发展到关注培训以外的影响因素,培训效果并不单纯指教师在培训过程中通过学习获取了多少知识,还包括教师在迁移情境(教学实践)中运用了多少学到的知识和技能。因此培训迁移是培训效果一个很重要的方面。该文分析了新课程下影响教师培训迁移的几个主要因素,并提出了加强教师培训迁移的相关的建议。
